Warranty Policy

Oldphoneworks and House of Telephones offer a one (1) year parts and labour warranty for manufacturing defects in the product that we supply.

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us at 1-800-843-1320 or via email at oldphoneguy@oldphoneworks.com.  We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) that you should put on the outside of the box.

 

Please pack the product carefully as we will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. 

Be sure to include your return address, phone number, a copy of your original receipt and a detailed description of the problem.

The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges to return the product to us, while Oldphoneworks and House of Telephones will cover any shipping charges to return the product to the purchaser.
